Mabel's Circles

Mabel made this for her sister. What a lucky dog
her sister is! Mabel designed this, no pattern was used,
just Mabel's wonderful imagination.

Here is on of the circles, this one is 26" across.

In the body I did an overall swirly funky design.

One of the funky circles.

This stripe is about 10" wide.

So darn fun, who does not love a funky circle?
Really, anyone?

Love Those Pots

Aylce W. and her pots. Alyce appliqued these pots and each
one is different. She did research on each one. These are so unique.

Alyce did a piano key border, this is about 12" wide on
three sides.

Here is some detail of the blocks.

I love this one, looks like I Dream Of Jeanie's bottle.

Alyce piece a large strip down the back, here is some detail of that.

Here is a little detail of the back.

Overall Quilting X Two

King size quilt from Diane O. She picked a  butterflies and
flowers pantograph with gold thread. I think she will like it.

Here is some details from the quilting.

Beverly W's Lonestar, she picked a lovely rose pantograph
and we both thought it turned out great.

Can you see the roses? I used a soft creamy yellow thread.

Loraine's Super Paper Piece

This littler bugger is only 37" square, but it packs a punch.
I just love the colors in this baby. Paper piecing is not in my
wheel house, so I respect those that do paper piece.

I used an fun blueish green thread throughout the piece.

Circle the wagons there's a spiral in there.

Betty's Modern Quilt

Betty made this rocking Modern quilt in a class the
Desert Lilies Quilt Guild offered.

She gave me permission to go crazy, so I did just that.

I tried to do something different each block.

I just love the color choices.

Custom In AZ

Lola is a great quilter, she did such
a great job piecing this quilt, it was so flat and square,
and this was wonderful to quilt for Lola.

Just some close ups of the stitching
